The HR department at LITC consists of a young and dynamic team of professionals who work conjointly to help people thrive, be the best and grow in their careers. The team strongly believes in keeping an open mind and listening to the employees and helping them work through every situation easily, and is focused in creating a friendly work environment, enabling opportunities to grow and succeed in a culture of innovation, diversity, individual responsibility and personal development.
The HR function is broad and spans across LITC. The team handle Talent Acquisition, Ethics & Compliances, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Rewards & Recognition, Employee Engagement & Relations, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Community Development Initiatives, Facility Management, Safety & Corporate Services.
Talent Acquisition is a strategic function of the HR organization - responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing, and hiring prospective candidates, and getting the right people in the right place. We ensure the best candidate experience keeping in line with Lennox values and culture and focus on workforce planning programs such as organizational talent forecasting, talent pipe-lining, and strategic talent assessment and development.
Rewards & Recognition team aims at recognizing and honoring the employees who consistently execute excellence in their job aligning to the vision of the organization, thereby designing reward programs which helps in identification of an employee’s performance or behaviors that will reinforce the company's goals.
Learning & Development is one of the core areas of Human Resource Management at LITC. The L&D team creates and executes learning strategies and programs while also evaluating individual and organizational development needs. A systematic process is followed to enhance employee’s skills, knowledge, and competency, resulting in better performance and productivity.
Compensation and Benefits team is responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits. C&B team focus on developing programs that improve performance, engagement of our employees, and attract talent.
HRIS team at LITC closely works with the Corporate HR team for various enterprises and focus on HR Information systems & Management, HR Master Data Management, SAP HCM and HR Mailbox Management and creation of Corporate reports and Dashboards.
Corporate Services team offers the following services - Safety & Security, Facility & Office Management, Travel & Transport Management, Import & Export, and Employee Welfare Activities, Employee Insurance, Asset Management and Procurement & Sourcing - across various functions of LITC. The team is committed to providing the highest standards of service along with incorporating customer feedback at various levels. The team liaises with various Government agencies like STPI and Customs for the smooth functioning of import and export operations for Lennox India Technology Centre.
